As first time home buyers, it's an intimating process and Erin explained things to us in depth, answered our many questions, and advised us what to look out for. For the house we closed on, she happened to be both our realtor and the sellers realtor. In some instances this can be dangerous but I felt like she was still representing both teams equally and looking out for both of our interests.
